Nails, tacks or tape.

• Candles are not allowed on Ceremony Side (Except Unity Candles)

• Candles are allowed on Reception Side, but must be enclosed in glass.

• No Glass on Ceremony Side

• Silk Flower Petals NOT ALLOWED

• NO Sparklers, confetti, rice, bird seed or silly string

Hidden Oaks is only responsible for chair & tables setup/breakdown

• Vendors are not allowed until the start of your contracted time.

• All rented items must be picked up at end of your contract time (Failure results in 100% loss of your deposit)

• Extra Hours: $100/hr.
